On Day 6 at about 1:30, Mr. Greninger and Ms. Leom's students head to the Kurth Media Center to check out books. This is what Book Check-out looks like:

waiting for our turn to check out our books |
Ms. Vickers, our media specialist, or her assistants, check EACH book that is checked in, and the books before they are checked out to make sure there are not any torn pages or concerns with the book. Books that need immediate "attention" are quickly fixed. Books that need more help than the time available are noted, to be fixes when they return. This strategy helps Ms. Vicker's keep track of our materials so all students and staff have access to quality books.
