Kindness

Next week, February 19-22 is Kindness Week. This year, one of the many activities we will do is read the book, Beads on a String by Dennis Warner.

Next, we created our own "beads" by writing our hopes for our school community. We hung them on our lockers. Soon, the entire elementary school will join us in "stinging up" our beads on their lockers.

In March, the author, Dennis Warner, will visit Milaca Elementary School - another joy of being part of the Milaca Elementary Community, every year, we welcome a published author or illustrator to share their craft with us! We look forward to sharing our school-wide "beads" when Mr. Warner visits in early March.
