From the Mouths of Learners

In class on Tuesday, while working in small group, two students shared some great strategies that showed they were taking their reading responses to a new level. One shared some opinions or thoughts as she wrote. Another had a question that evolved from the text. Reader Responses are more than writing down what we read. It is the thinking and individual learning that comes from reading. What a great opportunity for students to be the teachers in these lessons!
