It was our second week of Spelling, and again, we started the week by learning about the pattern, followed by going over the weekly homework assignment in detail.This is something students should clearly know the expectations and be able to work on independently.
Students are also encouraged to work on this IN CLASS, during the Homeroom time at the end of the day, as they eat snack, and Ms. Leom (or Mr. Grenigner) reads to the class.
We are working to limit homework to give students and families time to play.
If your child has a lot of homework, please ask him/her some questions about what they are doing with their class time.
