It is National Bully Awareness Week. In January, our school and community will begin our Olweus Program. Custodians, administrators, bus drivers, teachers, staff, food service, and community members have been reading and learning about our new program. More information will be shared soon.
For this week, we have dress up days to remind ourselves throughout the day, all week, that we will not stand for bullying. Mr. Meyer has spoken on the announcements, and we continue to follow up on ALL shared concerns. We want our students to feel safe.

Two "thoughts" ... you may may think to yourself ... "That person doesn't fit the criteria ..." We don't exclude any student
who wants to participate (this includes students dressed for the day who choose not to be in the picture). If that shirt is the best they have for our dress up day, they are welcome to be in the picture. You will also notice that the "Team Tuesday" (Milaca Spirit / Colors) is not included ... Ms. Leom was
a little numb from the community events of the previous twenty-four hours, and she was managing the daily routine and students well, the dress up day picture slipped her mind.
