Drama

One of our fourth grade standards is the elements of drama. This is not the "drama" that happens when Ms. Leom is being silly and teaching us about the expectations of fourth grade ... puns ... the hats that readers wear ... this isn't the "drama" that can happen between friends and at time be hurtful. This is the drama of literature. Tomorrow, we are going to see the Minnesota Children's Theater Company present Dr. Seuss's The Sneetches in Minneapolis. We are SO EXCITED to see our leaning applied and come alive on stage!!! Today we recorded the notes and talked about the elements. Tomorrow, we will see it on stage. On Friday, we will go over our experience and apply what we observed to our own learning!!
