Reading Marathon
We enjoyed our Cinco de Mayo Beach Day Reading Marathon on Monday May 5. (That is a mouthful!)
What is it?
Students were invited to read 110 minutes during the school day, and create a poster to showcase their book.
We read 10 minutes.
We worked on our poster 10 minutes.
It was a fun day to settle into a good book and read! On Tuesday, students had an hour in class to finish up their poster and a writing project. Congratulations to all of our reading marathon finishers!!
