Reward Day

Today was Reward Day in Fourth Grade. Students without late work, Responsibility Cards that had enough credit (circles and initials), and students without Discipline Referrals were invited to participate.

Mr. Greninger and Ms. Leom worked hard this week to communicate missing work. For example, on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Ms. Leom printed out missing work. She had students stay inside for Recess to provide additional support. On Wednesday, she included additional copies, recorded any additional materials (text book, dictionary, etc.) students would need, AND if students had more than five missing assignments, she contacted parents to share her concern with a parent sign sheet. After today (Friday), missing work will be turned to zeros, and students will have a fresh start on Monday.

Ms. Leom had the iPad cart. Mrs. Arens had the laptop computer cart. We also had the computer lab as a choice. Mr. Greninger and Mr. Lundeen helped students with missing work in work rooms.
