Time

This week, we started working on our time capsules. Every year, for over sixteen years, Ms. Leom has her fourth grade students complete a time capsule of their fourth grade thoughts.

It also fits one of our standards, doing a variety of writing; including, having students fill out an application.

Then, when students are seniors, she invites her "alumni" back to class to open their time capsule and take a peek at what they were thinking about eight years earlier. Her seniors are invited back to fourth grade on Thursday morning at 7:45 AM. What a great day! The TIME passes quickly!
