Character

Our administrators are stand up guys. I sincerely mean that. When it comes to working with students, they continue to amaze me with the example they set, and the lengths they will go to engage students and positively interact with students. Today was just the latest example ... You need to know, that Mr. Voshell and Mr. Meyer oversee 1000 students. That is a lot of students, parents, and families that they connect with on a daily basis. This week, they walked down to our classroom to recognize, personally, TWO, Kids of Character.

Then there is that other detail ... TWO of MY students were recognized, out of over 1000 students, as Kids of Character. Except here is the thing ... I teach FORTY-FIVE students, and EVERYone of these students have traits that make them eligible to be a Kid of Character.

That is the wonder about CHARACTER, it is something that just keeps building and growing. SO PROUD to be a part of THIS school and community. It is filled with character.
