On Wednesday April 4th, we dressed in blue for Child Abuse Awareness. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. We have a month of activities at Milaca Schools to support keeping our children safe.
We started with wearing our blue shirts.
Students are invited to find the ten blue ribbons around town, record the messages, turn them in, and invite their families in for an ice cream social in school in May.
Fourth graders make child abuse prevention posters in Art.
We are working to keep kids safe, and this week, it started with raising awareness and talking about wearing blue shirts.
