Ms. Anderson is one of the truly valuable people we have on staff at Milaca Schools. In many districts, people with her skill sets would be at least two hires. Ms. Val Anderson works with our dual language learner student population and our ALP (Accelerated Learners Program). In addition to her two roles in school, she is a professional who is helping out just about anywhere we need her. She is a hard worker who is engaed and invested in our students. She also is a BIG volunteer in our community. And although it isn't my place to share all about her personal self, she is one of the MOST interesting people I know. She is a life-long learner and has some great stories and experiences to share!
For some of our students, she is a staff member they work with during our Flex Reading and Flex Math time. Last week, she organized taking a group of students to the Milaca Food Pantry to help sort the food we donated. Just another person who makes Milaca GREAT!
