Some people tell stories of the end of the school year being all "fun and games" ... not the case. On Friday, borrowing the current headlines for inspiration, we watched, read, and learned about volcanoes.

Students had all kinds of questions, "How many volcanoes are there in the world?" or "How hot can a volcano get?" The questions and learning overflowed. It was an exciting morning in fourth grade!

It was also our last day to use the iPads. They were cleaned and reset for summer updates.
