We started our Social Studies learning with making a vocabulary poster. Students were assigned a vocabulary word that we will need for our United States regions learning.
Our goal: I will write, define, and teach a social studies vocabulary word with correct spelling.
Why: ... so I expand my vocabulary and can use it to learn about the regions of the United States.
I am successful when I can define my word, illustrate the word, with examples and labels as needed, and other people can learn from what I share on a poster.
We stared presenting.
We will post the posters and build our learning from our work.
