Ms. Leom introduces the letter. She goes over the writing stroke, "under curve, retrace slant, under curve. Lift. dot the i". Students repeat and retrace with her "on the board". Then students retrace in their books and practice independently. Students are expected to self-assess and circle their best writing example for each line they write.
