The Hum

There is a special sound in the learning classroom, a hum, of all the students being engaged, talking about the learning, and learning, that is so exciting and thrilling! A picture can't really capture the sound itself, but it know it was one of the best moments of the whole morning. Everyone quickly found partners and got to work. The questions, not even Ms. Leom was sure of the answers, but when the question was shared with the class, thoughtful responses were returned, and soon everyone hummed their agreement, and individual groups continued their learning. This is a special part of a learning community. We are all working together, and the hum is a welcome part.
