Inspiration

Reading teachers love when their students want to read. It was with great joy, that for a week, the Maud Hart Lovelace books sat on the back cart, as students noticed them and began to anticipate the opportunity to read them.

In addition, Ms. Leom is reading The Terrible Two to the students in her class. She often will project the copy on her CleverTouch board, so students can enjoy the illustrations and follow along as she reads.

Today, after some interest, students were invited to check out these library books and read the Maud Hart Lovelace 2019 candidates for the award. It was with great excitement, we could see students selecting, talking, studying, and sharing these books.
