Olweus Rule 2

During our Homeroom time last week, as we ate our snacks, we had our weekly Olweus meeting. This week, we studying the second rule, "We will try to help students who are being bullied."

First, Ms. Leom wrote the rule on the board. Then in groups, each table talked about the rule, what it meant, and what it looked like.

Next, each table was invited to send a volunteer to the CleverTouch board to share at least one idea.

Then, we talked about the ideas shared.

We will try to help students who are being bullied by ...
* telling a teacher
* invited the person to join your game or activity
* step up for he person and tell the bully to stop
* tell a teacher or take the person away from the situation
